VKG Elektrivõrgud was sold to BaltCap

VKG Group has sold its 100% shareholding VKG Elektrivõrgud, the largest privately held regulated electricity distribution network operator in Estonia with the total length of 946km, and certain additional electricity maintenance related activities, to BaltCap Infrastructure Fund II.

The company has over 32,000 clients in Narva, Narva-Jõesuu and Sillamäe. 

The company distributed 243 GWh and sold 95 GWh of electricity and generated EUR 26.9m in sales in 2022.
